eXtra board Oks dividend distribution for H2 2021

United Electronics Company (eXtra) board has decided in its meeting held on March 7^th, 2022 to distribute SR 150 million cash dividends for the Second half of 2021, amounting to SR 2.5 per share representing 25% of the nominal value of the share.

Based on a financial statement published on Tadawul, the board said that there are 60 million of shares eligible for dividends, and distribution date will be on April 7^th 2022.
