AlNaqool completes building permits for Riyadh project

Mohammed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Co. has completed issuing the building permits of its project located in Al-Malqa district, north of Riyadh.

This comes after the company purchased a 3990 sqm land. It aims at using the land in a real estate development project through its subsidiary, Deer Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Mohammed Hassan Sons Company, who has 100% ownership interest.

Construction works will begin as soon as the building permits are issued, and it is expected the entire project will be completed during Q3 2022.

It is also predicted that the project will have a positive impact on the company’s annual financial results for the current year.
