Yamama Cement announces investors’ details, CEO buys 66K shares

Yamama Saudi Cement Co. (YSCC) disclosed that its investors reached 15,200 including 92 Saudi funds and institutions. These investors own 39.8 million shares or 19.65% of the company’s shares, while Non-Saudi funds and institutions reached 100 own 10.5 million shares or 5.2%.

Ownership of Faisal Bin Suliman Al-Rajhi (member of the board) declined to 1000 shares giving away 99% of his shares by end of 2020 from 131.3K shares, based on the board’s detailed statement published on Tadawul.

Meanwhile, CEO of Yamama Cement Jihad bin Abdulaziz Al-Rashid raised his ownership by 66k shares to 100k.
