Arabian Contracting Services Announces Establishment of Subsidiary Specialized in E-Commerce

Arabian Contracting Services Company announced on Sunday the completion of establishing (Sindebaad), 100% owned Subsidiary L.L.C. Based on the approval of the Board of Director’s decision in its meeting held on 14.07.2021, which was the establishment of the Arabian Bird Trading Company (Sindebaad), headquartered in Riyadh, with a capital of SR50,000, specialized in providing Multi-vendor B2C with categories in -Fashion, Cosmetics, Perfumes & Home.

It added that the supply chain has been established and all the necessary approvals and licenses have been obtained from the relevant authorities.

It also added that this step supports the company’s strategy of increasing and diversifying its activity plus raising the level of services and solutions, in addition to aligning with 2030 vision since Sindebaad is a new Saudi company in the E-commerce field.
