Al-Saqr General Assembly Approves Financial Statements of 2020

Al-Saqr Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Thursday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which was held on Wednesday, 23.02.2022. The attendance rate for the (first) meeting reached (35.17%) of the shares representing the capital, according to the company’s Bylaws.

In accordance with the circular of the Capital Markets Authority to hold the Assembly Meeting by means of modern technology in support of the preventive and precautionary efforts and measures by the competent and relevant health authorities to address the emerging corona virus (COVID-19). In addition, as an extension of the continuous efforts made by all government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in taking preventive measures necessary to prevent its spread.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

1. Approving on the financial statements for the fiscal year ending 31.12.2020.

2. Approving on the auditors’ report for the fiscal year ending 31.12.2020.
