Amiantit Announces E-voting on General Assembly Items Include Capital Decrease

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company announced on Thursday to its shareholders that the electronic voting on the agenda items of the meeting will start Thursday 24.02.2022, until the end of the General Assembly meeting. Registration and voting in Tadawulaty services will be available and free for all shareholders using the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa

It added that all shareholders that there will be a live audio broadcast of the meeting through the link available in Tadawulaty system.

This comes with reference to the Company’s announcement published on Tadawul on Wednesday 23-02-2022, which includes inviting the esteemed shareholders to extraordinary general assembly Meeting for Capital Decrease (First Meeting) scheduled on Sunday 27-02-2022 by means of modern technology (remotely).
