Al-Jazira REIT renews warehouse lease contract in Jeddah
Al-Jazira Capital has renewed lease contract of 10,670.7 sqm warehouse No 1 Block 4 in Jeddah for Al-Jazira REIT. The lease contract will be extended to three more years until March 19th 2025 given the annual lease cost is worth SR 853,658.
The financial impact of the deal is expected to be positive on Al-Jazira REIT fund’s revenues in 2022.
