Dubai Court of Appeal Upholds Verdict in Favor of Tihama

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations announced that it received on Friday Feb. 18^th 2022 a ruling issued by Dubai Court of Appeal which rejected the appeal that had been submitted by Mr. Nasser bin Saleh Al Sarami and Kanayen General Trading Company and the court upheld the verdict issued in favor of the Saudi company.

Tihama added that it would announce any further updates on this issue.

It is noteworthy that the Dubai Courts of First Instance issued a verdict in favor of the company against Mr. Nasser bin Saleh Al Sarami and Kanayen General Trading Company on Nov. 16^th 2021 . The company announced on Tadawul on Dec. 19^th 2021 AD that Mr. Nasser bin Saleh Al Sarami had filed an appeal.
