Arriyadh Development announces distribution of cash dividend for Second half of 2021

The Board of Directors of the Arriyadh Development Company recommended in its meeting held on February17, 2022 AD to distribute cash dividends (50 halalas) for each share to the shareholders of the company for the second half of 2021 in addition to what was distributed for the first half (1 riyal) for each share.

“The total of what was distributed for the year 2021 AD (1.50 riyals) per share.” The company said in a statement.

The Total amount distributed amounts SR88, 888,888.5 and the number of shares eligible for dividends is 177,777,777 shares.

The entitlement of the dividends for shall be at the end of the trading day of the General Assembly meeting day for the shareholders registered Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the General Assembly Meeting date which will be announced later.
