Saudi Exchange Suspends ZAIN KSA Shares

Saudi Exchange announced on Tuesday the trading suspension of Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (ZAIN KSA) shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange starting today Tuesday 15/02/2022 until the trading session ends upon the Company’s request in accordance to the Listing Rules and the procedures of suspension of listed securities as it will announce a material event. The trading of the shares will be resumed on Wednesday 15/07/1443 H, corresponding to 16/02/2022.
