Competition Authority Chief, World Bank Official Discuss Issues of Common Interest

CEO of the General Authority for Competition Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Zum, held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank, in the Middle East.

During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and the latest developments in the local and international markets, in addition to discussing mechanisms and ways to support the local market.

Praising the step, Al-Zum, pointed out that it aims to consolidate the relationship and build bridges of effective cooperation between the authority and the World Bank, in order to keep pace with the major developments and reforms, taking place, in the national economy.

As well as to maintain an environment of fair competition and transparency for the business sector, enabling local and international enterprises to achieve the principles of competition, pursued by the Kingdom, to achieve its Vision 2030.
