Chubb Assembly Approves Appointment of Bader Alreziza as Audit Committee Member

The Board of Directors of Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Sunday the results of the Thirteenth Ordinary General Assembly (first meeting).

The meeting was held last Thursday at the company’s headquarter in Al-Khobar – King Faisal Road, through modern technology, where the percentage of attending shareholders was 60.68%.

The company added that the voting results on the items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

1. Approve on appointing (Mr. Bader Alreziza) as an Audit Committee member from outside the board, starting from the date of the assembly until the end of the current committee’s term of office on 25/07/2024 AD, to succeed the former committee member (Mr. Abdullah Bakhraibah) Independent Audit Committee member.
