Regulations Governing Navigation Licensing, Operating Permits, Issued

Regulations governing the issuance of the navigation license and the work permit, were adopted, as Eng. Saleh Al-Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistics and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Transport Authority, has decided, according to the attached formula.

The Chairman of the Public Transport Authority is authorized to adopt the appropriate mechanisms to implement the provisions of the regulation and to issue necessary decisions and circulars, in this respect.

The decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force from the date of publication, as it was decided.

Public Transport Authority chief shall take what is necessary to implement the requirements of the decision, as that is based on the powers conferred upon him by law and on what is required by the public interest.
