Baazeem Assembly Agrees to Elect 5 Members to BOD

Baazeem Trading Company announced on Sunday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) is scheduled to be held at six thirty o’clock in the evening  (06:30 PM) on Thursday, 20.01.2022 through modern technology mean.

 This is in the interest for  the safety of the shareholders and within the support of the preventive and precautionary efforts and measures by the health authorities and as an extension of the continuous efforts made by all the relevant and relevant government agencies to address the virus (COVID19), The percentage of attending shareholders  is %36.11349.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

• Approval of the Board of Directors members election, from among the candidates for the next term, which begins on January 26, 2022, which is for three years period ending on January 25, 2025.

• Approval of the formation of the Audit Committee, and the definition of its duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members for the new term, starting from the date of the assembly on 20 January,2022 until the end of the term on 25.01.2025. The following are the names of the candidates:
