Proceeding from the keenness on the consumer partnership, and its role in the process of improvement and development, and to raise the quality of the services provided, the Ministry of Commerce launched the “Consumer Satisfaction with Car Agencies” questionnaire, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Henceforth, it is inviting consumers to participate in it with their opinion via the link: https://Survey.mc.gov.sa/Home /Generic/95C98320529EFBC6.
Such a step is to show the ministry’s interest, in developing and improving services provided to the consumer, through continuous coordination and communication, with commercial establishments, and the adoption of indicators to measure performance, periodically, provided, in order that it may discuss with agents and consumers, as well, in full transparency.
It is noteworthy that the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi has met last June, with car dealerships, in the Kingdom, to discuss the development of after-sales services, warranty, maintenance, spare parts and other services that must be upgraded.
The final goal is to raise consumer satisfaction and confidence in the local market.
The Ministry of Commerce is working on similar questionnaires, including: agents of electrical and electronic devices, and electronic stores, in order to develop these sectors, in partnership with the consumer and raise confidence, in the services they provide the public with.
