Batic Distribution Compensation to Right Issues Owners who did not Use Rights to Subscribe to New Shares

Batic Investments and Logistics Co. announced on Thursday the distribution of compensation to right issues owners who did not use their rights to subscribe to new shares with a total of SAR 52,184,142.

“Bank AlJazira, will deposit the amounts in the bank accounts of eligible investors who have not exercised their right to subscribe to new shares. As for the eligible investors whose bank account data is not available or incomplete, they can contact Investor Relations Department of the company.” the company said in a statement.
