East Integrated Pipes’ Company’s Offering, Announced

East Integrated Pipes Company for Industry announced setting the price range for the offering and process of building the order book starting, for the segment of the participating categories, indicating that the price is set to range from SR72 to SR80 per share.

Offering process is represented by 6.3 million ordinary shares of the company’s shares, which represent 30% of the company’s issued capital, by selling the existing shares of the current shareholders.

It emphasized that the minimum of shares that can be subscribed for the participating classes is 100,000 shares, while the maximum is 1,049,999 shares, indicating that participation in order book building, is limited to categories that are eligible to participate, in the order book building process, in accordance with the instructions of allocating shares, in initial subscriptions, issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority.

It is noteworthy that the period of building the order book for the institutions segment, shall begin on January 11, 2022 and end on January 17, 2022.
