Bank ALjazira Approves Election of Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Board

Bank ALjazira announced on Tuesday that the elected Board of Directors has approved electing Board of Directors for new term of three years starts on 01 January 2022 and ends on 31 December 2024 as the following:

– Appointment of Eng. Tarek Othman ALKasabi as Chairman of the Board.

– Appointment of Eng. Abdulmajeed Ibrahim ALSultan as Vice Chairman.

This comes in reference to the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Bank ALjazira, convened on Monday, 15 November 2021, that included electing Board of Directors for new term of three years starts on 01 January 2022 and ends on 31 December 2024.

As resolved during Board of Directors meeting held on 02 January 2022, to select and name the Chairman of the Board and Vice Chairman of the Board for the next term provided that prior SAMA Non-Objection to be acquired.
