National Industrialization Calls Candidature for Board Members Elections

National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) announced the opening of the nomination for membership of the Board of Directors for the next three-year term starting on 06/07/2022 and ending on 05/07/2025.

This is upon that candidates who wish to nominate themselves for the membership of the Board of Directors and who meet the relevant conditions and standards must submit their nomination applications within the specified period and in accordance with the details contained in this announcement.

Nomination will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to the Company’s Articles of Association, and the Standards and Procedures for Membership in the Board of Directors approved by the Company’s General Assembly.

Candidates will be elected to the Board of Directors during the General Assembly meeting which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
