Bawan BoD Distributes SR45 mln Dividends for 2021 Second Half

Bawan Company announced its Board of Directors (BoD) decision to distribute cash dividends to the stakeholders for the second half of the year 2021.The Total amount distributed is SR 45 Million. Dividend per share is SR 0.75 and the Percentage of Dividend to the Share Par Value is 7.5 %.

The company said in a statement on Tuesday on (Tadawul) that the number of shares eligible for Dividends is 60 Million and that the distribution will be on February 6, 2022.

The entitlement shall be for the stakeholders, the shares owners, at the close of trading on January 23, 2022, and as per the stakeholders register in Securities Depository Centre (EDAA) at the end of the 2nd trading day following the entitlement date.

The Company urges its stakeholders to update their data and to link their bank accounts numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their cash dividends without delay.
