SASCO BoD distributes SR 12 mln dividends for 2021 Q3

The Board of Directors of Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) on 27 Dec. 2021 decided to distribute cash dividend to shareholders for the third quarter of 2021. The Total amount distributed is SR 12,000,000 and Dividend per share is 0.20 SR with Percentage of Dividend to the share par value 2%.

The company said on Tuesday on (Tadawul) that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 60,000,000 and that the distribution date and place will be announced later.

The eligibility for the shareholders who own the shares on the date of entitlement (Sunday January 2, 2022) and who are register in the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) shall be at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.

“SASCO remind the shareholders to update their investment portfolios account information to ensure the receipt of their dividends.” it said.

It also urges shareholders who own shares as per shares certificates to deposit such certificates in their investment portfolio in order to ensure the receipt of their dividends.
