Saudi Health Ministry Obtains Quality Certificate in IT Services Management System

The Ministry of Health has obtained the ISO 20000 Information Technology Services Management System Quality Certificate, which accredited by the International Standards Authority.

This certificate comes due to the successes achieved by the Ministry of Health in developing its services and keeping pace with the digital transformation process that it has worked on in accordance with international specifications and standards, in addition to its accreditation in organizing and completing operations, developing skills and cadres working in the field of information technology management.
