Saudi stock exchange main index TASI fell 103.16 points, or 0.92%, in the opening session of the week, closing at 11,168.3 points, down from 11168.3 points the previous day.
For its part, the parallel market index Nomu, completed Sunday’s session with a gain of 15.3 points, or 0.06%, over the previous session, closing at 26,560.41 points, as 3,641 transactions were conducted.
Last session trading liquidity for the main index TASI was at SR4.18 billion, the lowest in a year and a half, particularly since June 28, 2020, out of trading 11,3.8 million shares, divided into 250,600 deals.
Only shares of 34 businesses increased, while other 169 decreased.
Three of the 21 market sectors increased, namely media and entertainment (4.5%), medicine (1.3%), applications and technology services (0.4%), while the remaining 18 declined, with real estate management and development (2.4%), long-term goods (2.3%), retail food (2.2%), and consumer services (2.1%) leading the way.
Computers was at 13.4%, SRMG 4.7%, Astra 4.6%, Burgerizzr 3.8%, Fish Fash 3.7%, Al-Watania 3.4%, exports 3.3%, and Al-Arabiya 3%, are the biggest rising companies, last session.
Sunday’s biggest decliners were Jabal Omar (4.4%), Fitness Time and Jaco (4.1%), and Sadr and Naseej (3.9%), apiece.
