Sipchem announces dividend distribution of 1.09 billion for 2021 second half

Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) announced the Board’s approval of a dividend distribution for the second half period of 2021 with a total amount distributed SR 1,090,743,273.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 727,162,182 shares, dividend per share is SR 1.50 and the percentage of dividend to the share par value is 15 %.

Shareholders eligible to receive dividends are those who own shares on the maturity date: namely Monday, 20/12/2021G, and are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The distribution date will be on 30-12-2021.
