Nayifat distributes SR75 million profits for 2nd, 3rd quarters 2021

Nayifat Finance Company announced on Tuesday the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the second and third quarters of 2021, with a total of SR75,000,000, with a dividend of 0.75 riyals per share.

Nayifat said that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 100,000,000 and the Eligibility date will be on 09/12/2021.

“We would like to draw the attention of the non-resident foreign investors that the cash dividend distribution which is transferred by the resident financial broker is subject to (when transferred or credited to the bank account) withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with the provisions of article 68 of the income tax law and article 63 of its implementing regulation.” The company said.
