Sakani application recorded as much as 320,000 visits, with a daily average of more than 10,000 visits, to benefit from the electronic services and integrated housing solutions provided on Sakani website, during last November.
Application for Saudi families, in order to facilitate procedures for their benefit from all housing and financing options, are offered by the program.
Main goal is to raise the percentage of Saudi families’ houses ownership to up to 70% by 2030.

The unified call center for the care of beneficiaries 199090 witnessed more than 73,000 responses to the beneficiaries’ calls, during the month of last November, at a daily rate of 2,500 calls, to inquire about the Sakani program services, that start with units immediate entitlement.
To reserve and inspect residential and lands lots, after knowing their locations and features, and obtaining quotations, are among services, obtained from financing agencies, designs, issuance of building permits to self-construction beneficiaries, and other related services.
The beneficiary care account on the Twitter platform (@SaudiHousingCC) answered during the past month, as much as 19,481 questions from citizens about the housing options and solutions offered by Sakani, from subsidized loans to purchase ready-made housing units, under construction and self-construction, and the option of residential lands lots, as part of the program’s efforts to provide services and solutions, that would facilitate the ownership of the first home for a Saudi family.
Sakani website executed 5,009 requests and inquiries, and about 2,214 objections were dealt with through the “talk to me” icon on the sakani.housing.sa platform, through the direct talk with the beneficiary service staff.
The Sakani application and website reviews 112 housing projects that provide more than 147,000 housing units of various designs and areas, with an average price of SR700,000, and about 223 housing schemes that provide more than 180,000 land plots, in most cities and various governorates across the Kingdom.
It is noteworthy that Sakani program facilitated the benefit of more than 175,000 Saudi families, from the beginning of the year until October 2021, including more than 149,000 families, living in their homes, and the program seeks to enable Saudi families to own their first home, by providing various housing options and solutions, that meet their aspirations and resources.
