Subscription Period for Individuals, Announced

The Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company, “Tadawul Group Company”, announced the start of the subscription period for individual investors, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
The subscription shall end on Thursday, December 02, 2021 (at five o’clock, in the evening Kingdom local meantime)
Final price of the offering shares was set, at SR105 per share, meaning that the company’s nominal market value is SR12.6 billion as on the date of the IPO listing.
