Chemanol Announces Appointment of Audit Committee Member

Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) announces on Wednesday that its Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Yousif Abdullah Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi (an Independent Board Member) as a member of the Audit Committee until the end of the term of the Board on 11.11.2024.

Mr. Yousif Al-Rajhi holds MBA degree from West Michigan university, USA.

He has more than 30 years of experience in managing companies. During this time period, he held several leadership positions.

The company indicated that Board approval may not be deemed final; this appointment shall be put before the first general assembly meeting for approval.
