Arabian Centres Co. Opens its 23rd centre “The View” in Riyadh

Arabian Centres Co. announced on Monday the opening of “The View” centre located on Makkah Al-Mukarramah Road in Riyadh (overlooking King Salman Park project) on Sunday 21-Nov-2021, to be the 23rd centre in the Company’s portfolio.

The centre has a GLA of 52.2K sqm, and it contains over 170 commercial units that include the finest international and local brands in the fields of Fashion, Cosmetics, F&B, Cineplex, and Entertainment.

“The occupancy rate for this centre exceeded currently the 70% level”.

It is worth noting that ACC has developed this centre on an owned land plot with an area of 107.1K sqm, which has been bought with a value of SAR 290 million.

The financial impact of this centre will appear on the Company’s financial statements starting from Q3-FY2022 (ending on 31-Dec-2021).
