Zakat Authority Launch Educational Trip for Air, Land and Sea Import

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has launched the “Educational Trip for Air, Land and Sea Import” on its website, which allows establishments, workers in the field and those interested, to know all details related to the import process, its methods and procedures, in an interactive way that contains videos and questions-answering, with the aim of facilitating and simplifying it for everyone.

The educational trip for air, land and sea import includes many details, most notably: the definition of import and its methods, the advantages of import, in addition to the mechanism for collecting fees and levying excise, as well as tracking shipments.

The authority had earlier launched the “Educational Tour for Importing Vehicles”, which included controls on importing vehicles, into the Kingdom and its requirements for citizens and residents, and the documents required to complete the vehicle import procedures, as well as vehicles whose importation is prohibited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The two educational trips for importing air, land and sea and importing vehicles are part of a series of educational trips, that the authority provides through its website zatca.gov.sa for many zakat, tax and customs systems, laws and regulations, where the duration of educational trips through the authority’s website, exceeds one million training and educational minutes.
