CMA announces delisting of Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s securities

The Capital Market Authority “CMA” issued its resolution to delist Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s securities.

The CMA said that comes in reference to Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s announcement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website dated 04/11/2021 which included the issuance of a decision of the Appeals Chamber of the Commercial Court in Riyadh to support the decision to end the financial restructuring procedure of the company and the opening of the liquidation procedure in accordance with Bankruptcy Law.

Based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H, and the sub-paragraph (15) of Paragraph (A) of Article (36) of the Listing Rules, the Capital Market Authority “CMA” issued the said
