Atheeb Telecom Submits Capital Reduction Application File to CMA

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) announced on Thursday that it submitted a capital reduction application file to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Wednesday.

This comes in reference to the Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company announcement on the Tadawul website on 11/10/2021 regarding the Board of Directors’ recommendation to reduce the company capital.

The company said it will announce any future development regarding this matter as they become available
