Taif Municipality Hold 2nd Investment Gathering

Taif Municipality has held a second investment meeting, to shed light on many investment opportunities, and motivate investors and businessmen to invest in the city, once the most favorable royal summer resort.

Presenting the economic, spatial and geographical advantages of the city, has taken place, in the presence of the Deputy Governor of Taif Governorate Nasser Al-Subaie and the Mayor of Taif Dr. Ahmed Al-Qathami, businessmen, investors and those interested in investment opportunities, from the Makkah region.

Taif is an attractive investment destination, by all standards, especially, environment-wise, after the state had prepared a comprehensive infrastructure for it, a reason for the private sector to play an active role, in many development and tourism projects there, while the municipality also offered more municipal investments, in order to be much more integrated to revamp the role of the public and private sectors partnership, in development efforts, Al-Subaie pointed out.

In turn, Mayor of Taif tackled the new phase of the municipal sector, in line with the Kingdom’s vision 2030 and its implementation strategy, aimed at improving the quality of life, in a step that responds to the current needs and future generations aspirations, noting that the municipality has reached an advanced stage in the rapid transformation towards achieving development goals through, development projects, plans and municipal investments.

In addition, stimulating various development sectors, indicating that municipal services represent a major investment opportunity and can be converted into economic opportunities, and investment activities that generate many job opportunities.

Municipality has currently offered as many as 22 promising investment opportunities, in a stroke, that include the management, operation and development of parks and gardens, recreational, commercial, residential, educational, tourism and service projects, and that any interested investors and businessmen, can view them through the Municipal Investment Portal (Foras).
