With 7.6 billion in liquidity, Nomu rises 0.3% with SR38.9mln in transactions

TASI Extend Winning Streak to 4-sessions, Finishes above 11,700 pts

The Saudi stock index TASI extended its winning streak for the fourth session in a row, closing at 11,773.36 points, up 74.25 points, or 0.63%, from the previous session.

The parallel market index “Nomu,” on the other hand, completed Sunday’s session with a gain of 64.96 points, or 0.27, over the previous session, closing at 24,064.45 points. A total of 2,101 transactions were completed during this time.

Today’s liquidity on the major market “TASI” was at SR7.6 billion, resulting from the trading of 218.2 million shares through 333.7 thousand transactions, with the shares of 158 firms’ shares advancing and 32 companies declining.

In terms of market sectors, 18 of the 21 rose, led by media and entertainment at 3.8%, real estate management and development at 3.5%, public utilities at 2.5%, and long-term commodities at 1.8%, while the pharmaceutical, luxury retail, and insurance sectors fell by 0.3%, 0.2%, and 0.1%, respectively.

Misk 6.6%, Petro Rabigh 6.2%, Jabal Omar 5.8%, Walaa 5.3%, and Al Hokair Group 4.6%, are the biggest rising companies today.

Food Development 6.1%, Gas 3.4%, Batec 2.5%, Mobi 2.4%, Al-Naqul 1.8%, Cisco 1.7%, Tanmeyah 1.5%, Bupa and National Steel 1.4%, and Chemical 1.3%, are the biggest decliners today.
