Foreign Investors Increase their Stake-hold, in 71 Enterprises

At the end of Thursday 10/14-2021 trading session, all foreign investors increased their stake in as many as 71 companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul,” purchasing 6.6 million shares with a market value of SR336 million, while their stake in 76 other companies decreased by selling 7 million shares, with a market value of SR369 million.

,he City Cement Company topped the list in terms of the percentage of foreign investors’ stake increase, rising 0.18% to 7.96%, up from 7.78% in the previous session, by purchasing 252 thousand shares, according to the foreign ownership report at the end of the previous session.

The market value of the stake is SR6.3 million riyals (based on the last closing price of the share).

A the end of the previous session, Aqua Power Company topped the list of foreign investors’ stake percentages, as it decreased by 0.50%, to 1.11%, from 1.61%, in the previous session, by selling 3.7 million shares with a market value of SR243 million (according to the last closing price of the stock).

Saudi stock main index “Tadawul” shore up Thursday’s trading, at 11699.11 points, up 74.13 points, or 0.64%, from the previous session.
