Real Estate General Authority Receives Venture Investment Entrepreneurs

The Real Estate General Authority received the pioneers of venture capital investment.

During the encounter, they discussed a number of means of cooperation and investment opportunities, raising the quality of real estate services, improve them, and strengthen the partnership between the government sector and the private sector, in a way that would enhance the field of innovation, in the real estate sector.

The meeting witnessed a discussion of partnership and investment opportunities, in the real estate sector, and real estate services between the authority and leading technology companies; to achieve the authority’s vision and objectives; in order to serve the authority’s initiatives and programs, and to encourage entrepreneurs to invest in the real estate sector.

Governor of the authority Tariq bin Ali Al-Hafiz briefed the entrepreneurs on the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector, the regulatory role played by the authority, and the opportunities for developing the services of the real estate sector.

Through these meetings and qualitative partnerships with
governmental and non-governmental sectors, the authority seeks to enhance the governance of the real estate sector, raise the efficiency of its performance, maintain its sustainability, serve partners, and raise the level of transparency of the sector.

In implementation of the comprehensive strategic plan for the real estate sector; and support opportunities to develop the real estate sector, the ultimate goal remain to make it furthermore dynamic and attractive, characterized by confidence and innovation.
