“Tasfiah” to Disburse over SR1.5 billion

The Real Estate Contributions Committee “Tasfiah” decided to disburse payments to shareholders, in several contributions related to a number of regions of the Kingdom.

This came after it carried out several procedures, in order to preserve the rights of shareholders, in real estate contributions, including preparing legal, accounting and engineering studies for many contributions, issuing the necessary decisions, filing lawsuits, and completing the sale, and collection of sums.

It is worth noting that “Tasfiah” started disbursing a sum of SR1,507,804,144 to shareholders, in several real estate contributions, namely the contributions of Al-Shorouk cities, in the city of Riyadh, the contribution of Al-Diriyah land, in the governorate of Al-Diriyah, the contribution of Al-Gharbal, in the governorate of Jeddah, the contribution from Sharq Al-Khayatiya, in the Qatif governorate, and the contribution of Jawharat Al-Matar, in The city of Dammam, and the contribution of the Fayhaa scheme, in Al-Ahsa Governorate.

The total amount recovered by the Real Estate Contributions Committee since its formation, so far, has exceeded SR11 billion, while the work is still underway to liquidate and terminate the remaining real estate contributions.
