Modoon to Incubate 23 Renewable Energy Plants, at 12 Industrial Cities

The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modoon) will incubate as many as 23 plants, to back up renewable energy supply chains, across the Kingdom, including making up solar energy panels, chips and other related items.

It also aim at indigenizing the main components of the industry, through raising the local output capacity, as they are among the pillars of the Value-added products.

On the other, it also plan to attract much more foreign investment, in pursuance of realizing the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Initiative on the Renewable Energy, reaching to the best combination of energy use, in the Kingdom.

These projects and plants are planned to be built, across different regions, in the Kingdom.
