Tadawul to list further Govt., Debt Decurities worth $6.6 bln

The Saudi Tadawul Group has approved Ministry of Finance’s request to list debt instruments, issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s government, in a category previously listed in compliance with the listing requirements, with a total value of SR6,675,204,000 with the following details:

1. An increase in Issue No. 08-08-2021 (Tadawul Code: 5312) by a value of SR3,170,103,000 to SR5,678,353,000.
2. An increase in Issue No. 12-01-2021 (Tadawul Code: 5308) by an amount of SR2,855,101,000 to SR9,675,482,000.
3. An increase in Issue No. 15-08-2021 (Tadawul Code: 5313) by an amount of SR650,000,000 to SR5,015,004,000.

The increase shall take effect, starting from Sunday, September 19, 2021.
