The Saudi Central Bank dismissed outright reports circulated on some websites and social networking, alleging issuing new directives on direct purchase product (for villas, floors, apartments, and so on) through banks operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for real estate financing for Individuals, calling as incorrect and groundless, as well.

The Central Bank emphasised the significance of collecting information from official sources and avoiding untrustworthy ones.

It also encourages everyone to access all information via the bank official portal and/or trustworthy social media websites.
